We systematically train the craft of leadership. You will learn solid, practical management know-how and new tools, techniques and strategies. This includes strategic planning and decision-making, communication, conflict management, networking and talent management.
Impact Presentation
2 days
You will learn how to use presentations as a successful tool in corporate communications. We deal with the question of how to develop and structure presentations, how visual elements enhance the presentation, how voice and body language optimally underline the contents. For this purpose we work with videos and together find optimization approaches that feel authentic.
